So excited to finally have my wish list plant. She’s gorgeous! The plant vault team was super helpful answering my messages and concerns. Shipping to the east coast took exactly a week but with the heating pack and insulation it arrived in perfect health.

I ordered a white princess and the tracking info wasn’t working. Plant Vault called UPS for me and reported they lost it. They sent me another white princess immediately. I ended up receiving both white princesses (Packaged very securely) and they told me to keep both and enjoy the free Plant Gift!!!!
